This project involves the comprehensive tenant upfit of a 27,000 square foot office block within a larger 284,283 square foot building. The space is being transformed to accommodate a state-of-the-art printer facility. The office block features a modern layout with 30 individual rooms designed for a variety of functions, including open office spaces and specialized workstations. It includes four men’s and four women’s restrooms to serve the facility’s staff.
A key feature of this project is the expansive vestibule, which provides a welcoming and secure entry point. This area includes speed lanes for efficient access, a security entrance, and a security desk to ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
Additionally, the project incorporates a separate electrical room within the warehouse, which houses both the demarcation room and main distribution panels, ensuring optimal power distribution across the facility. Due to the nature of the printer facility, extensive air compressor lines, gas lines, and water lines are integrated throughout the space to support the heavy machinery and operations.
