This project involves a comprehensive site and interior upgrade to enhance both the functionality and security of the facility. Our work includes significant site improvements, such as a power upgrade to accommodate the growing needs of the business, the installation of a guard shack for improved security operations, and the addition of fencing around the perimeter for enhanced site protection. The parking lot is also expanded to accommodate increased traffic flow and provide more parking spaces, while new signage is added to improve visibility and wayfinding.

Inside the building, we are executing an office block build-out to create a modern and efficient workspace. The interior also includes the construction of new restrooms to serve the facility’s occupants, as well as a loading dock package designed to optimize logistics and material handling.
