We are leading the construction of a state-of-the-art robotics platform and mezzanine as part of a commercial tenant upfit, enhancing automation and operational efficiency. This project features a 149,242-square-foot elevated equipment (robotics) platform, designed to support advanced technology while maximizing floor space utilization. Surrounding the platform is a 35,110-square-foot occupied mezzanine, providing functional workspace and accessibility for employees.

Key components of this project include the installation of a new hydraulic elevator, improving vertical access, and the addition of new roof-mounted HVAC units placed on existing curbs to enhance climate control and maintain optimal working conditions.
