Orlando, Florida
The scope of work includes a complete interior renovation to support high-volume operations, with new layouts for sorting, storage, and staging areas. The space will be upgraded with state-of-the-art material handling systems (MHE), optimizing package flow from arrival to dispatch.
In addition to architectural and structural changes, the project includes significant updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support the facility’s enhanced operations. These MEP improvements will include upgraded HVAC systems to ensure climate control, additional lighting and power distribution to support high-efficiency equipment, and updated plumbing systems to meet the needs of the growing facility.
This tenant upfit will also incorporate the necessary electrical work to handle the increased load from new material handling equipment, conveyors, and automated systems. The space will be configured for optimal energy efficiency, and the MEP add-ons will be designed to ensure a reliable and safe environment for staff and operations.
